4. Lay the filter evenly against the grillwork in the filter cover with the printed
side toward the grillwork. Align the hole in the filter with the center pro-
jection of the filter cover. Adjust the filter so that it covers the entire filter
cover and is tucked under the tabs on each end of the cover. (See Figure
5.)
5. Place the filter holder into the filter cover such that the filter assembly is
sandwiched between the filter holder and the cover. When the respirator
is oriented properly, the North logo should be right side up.
