INSTALLATION
• After removing the packaging, make sure that the appliance is intact; in case of doubt, do
not use it and contact professionally qualified personnel. The packaging (plastic bags,
expanded polystyrene, nails, etc.) should not be left within the reach of children as it is a
potential source of danger.
• Before connecting the battery charger, check that the voltage values on the nameplate
correspond to those of the mains. If there is any incompatibility between the socket and
the appliance plug, have the socket replaced by a suitable one by a professionally qualified
person.
• Before each use, check that the battery charger (including the electric cord) and the
scooter are in good condition and are not damaged: in case of doubt, contact
professionally qualified personnel.
• Make sure that the cable is correctly positioned and that it is not in contact with hot parts
or sharp edges, wrapped around the unit or twisted around itself.
• The scooter must be placed on a surface that is stable, wide (shelves are excluded), and
not sloping.
