With the inverter in Access Point mode, discover the generated Wi-Fi network from the device.

Register in the Wi-Fi network. This network is not password-protected.
4.
Open the Web browser and enter the IP address 169.254.1.1. If it is not possible to connect with this IP
address, use 192.168.10.3
11.4. Protect the Wi-Fi network generated by the inverter with a
password
Ingeteam recommends protecting the Wi-Fi network generated by the inverter with a password To do this, take the
following steps:
1.
If the device from where the connection is made has mobile data, disable them, keeping the Wi-Fi
connection activated.
2.
Access IP address 169.254.1.1 or 192.168.10.3 from the web browser.
3.
In the top menu, open the Comms menu.
4.
If the network is not password protected, there will be an exclamation symbol in the Wi-Fi menu. Access
this menu.
5.
Click on the warning that displays in the Local AP Password option.
6.
Set the desired password.

If you do not remember the password set for the Wi-Fi network generated by the inverter, contact the Ingeteam
SAT.
11.5. Connecting the inverter to a Wi-Fi network

The Wi-Fi communication network that the inverter is to be connected to must have a 2.4 GHz wireless
frequency.
Ingeteam establishes a minimum Wi-Fi signal level received by the inverter of 50% (-75 dBm) to ensure an
optimum connection.
In order to connect the inverter to a Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below:
1.
If the device from where the connection is made has mobile data, disable them, keeping the Wi-Fi
connection activated.
2.
Access IP address 169.254.1.1 or 192.168.10.3 from the web browser.
3.
Access the Comms menu in the upper part.
4.
Select Wi-Fi in the left panel.
5.
In the upper part, click on Change. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will display. Select the desired
network and enter the password if requested.
