Montage der Vorderräder
Bringen Sie die Achskappe (19) an die Vorderseite an (siehe Abbildung).
Schieben Sie die Vorderachse (1) durch die Karosserie und stecken Sie das
Vorderrad (2) auf. Drücken Sie eine Felge (3) auf das Vorderrad und befestigen
es indem sie zuerst die Achssicherung (4) und dann die Achsabdeckung (5) auf
das Ende der Vorderachse stecken. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang auf der
anderen Seite.

Montage der Hinterräder
Schieben Sie die Hinterräder (7) auf die Hinterachse (6) und drücken Sie die
hinteren Felgen (8) auf die Räder bis sie einrasten. Befestigen Sie die Räder,
indem Sie zuerst die große Achssicherung (9) und dann die Achsabdeckung
(10) auf die Enden der Hinterachse (6) stecken. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vor-
gang auf der anderen Seite.

Montage des Lenkrads
Platzieren Sie das Lenkrad (11) auf der Lenkradfassung (12) und drücken Sie
das Lenkrad in diese bis es einrastet.
4. Montage des Kotflügels
Platzieren Sie den Kotflügel (13) auf der Hinterseite (14) des Models und
drücken Sie ihn nach unten bis er einrastet.
5.
Montage des Sitzes
Schieben Sie den Sitz (15) auf die dazugehörige Schiene des Kotflügels (13).
Schieben Sie ihn nach hinten bis er fest sitzt.
6.
Montage des Schaufelarms
Schieben Sie den Frontlader (17) auf die Achsen (16) links und rechts an der
Vorderseite des Modells. Anschließend stecken Sie die Abdeckungen (18) auf
die Achsen.

1. Mounting the front wheels
Attach the axle cap (19) to the front (see illustration). Push the front axle (1)
through the body and put on the front wheel (2). Press a rim (3) onto the front
wheel and fix it by first putting the axle lock (4) and then the axle cover (5) onto
the end of the front axle. Repeat this procedure on the other side.
2. Mounting the rear wheels
Push the rear wheels (7) onto the rear axle (6) and press the rear rims
(8) onto the wheels until they engage. Fasten the wheels by putting first
the large axle lock (9) and then the axle cover (10) on the ends of the rear
axle (6). Repeat this procedure on the other side.
3. Assembly of the steering wheel
Place the steering wheel (11) on the steering wheel socket (12) and press the
steering wheel into the recess until it engages.

Assembly of the mudguard
Place the mudgard (13) on the backside (14) of the model and press it until it
engages.
5. Assembly of the seat
Slide the seat (15) onto the corresponding rail of the mudguard (13). And push it
back until it is firmly seated.
6.
Assembly of the bucket arm
Slide the front loader (17) onto the axles (16) on the left and right front of the
model. Then fit the covers (18) on the axles.

Kettenverstellung
1.
Schwierigkeiten beim Treten:
Entfernen Sie die Schrauben auf beiden Seiten und drehen Sie die roten Platten
nach links um die Kette wieder zu spannen. Um die Kette zu lockern drehen
Sie die roten Platten nach rechts. Achten Sie darauf das die Platten auf
Beiden Seiten gleich weit gedreht wurden. Anschließend ziehen Sie die
Schrauben wieder an.

Kette lose:
Falls die Kette lose sein sollte öffnen Sie die Fächer auf der Unterseite des
Fahrzeugs und ziehen Sie diese wieder über die Zahnräder.
Funktionen
a.
Ladeschaufel
Durch vorwärts drücken des Hebels (a) können Sie die Ladeschaufel kippen.
Durch ziehen des Hebels (a) können Sie die Ladeschaufel heben.
b.
Ladearm
Durch entsichern der Sicherungshebel am Ladearm können Sie den gesamten
Ladearm mit den Hebeln (b) heben oder senken.
Chain adjustment:
1. Difficulty in pedalling:
Remove the screws on both sides and turn the red plates to the left to tighten the
chain again. To loosen the chain, turn the red plates to the right. Make sure that
the plates on both sides are turned the same distance. Then tighten the
screws again.
2.
If chain loosens:
Open the lid on the bottom of the model and put the chain on the gearwheel.
Functions
a.
Loading shovel
By pushing the lever (a) forward, you can tilt the loading shovel. You can lift the
loading shovel by pulling lever (a).
b.
Assembly of the Steering wheel
By unlocking the safety lever on the loading arm, you can raise or lower the
entire loading arm with the levers (b).
