10. Raise the Basket Handle by lifting the handle
upward. (See Ill. 2) IMPORTANT: The Handle
must click to lock the Basket into position.
Place dry food into the Frying Basket.
NOTE: Do not exceed 2/3 of the Frying Basket
capacity. If using frozen food, do not use more

11. Lower the Frying Basket by sliding the Handle Locking Button towards
you and slowly and carefully folding the Handle against the Fryer Base.
12. Close the Lid.
13. Take note of the time and refer to the Frying Guide on the exterior wall of
the Fryer or the Frying Table below. Please note that these cooking times
are only a guide and the exact cooking time will depend on the size of
pieces being cooked and the temperature of the food.
14. Check food from time to time by looking through the Viewing Window.
15. Once cooking is done, remove plug from wall outlet. Raise the Frying
Basket (be sure that the Handle is locked in the upright position) and
allow oil to drain off for a few minutes.
16. Remove food from Basket and place on absorbent paper. Do not allow
food to remain in the basket over hot steam for an extended period of
time. Food will lose its crispness.
