POLARIZED PLUG

This appliance has a polarized plug
the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

10. Temperature Control Knob
11. Base

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Open the Lid by pressing on the Lid Release.
2. Fill the Deep Fryer Base with 2 cups (500 ml) of warm soapy water.
DO NOT IMMERSE FRYER, LID, CORD OR PLUG IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID. Wash with a dishcloth or sponge. Empty. Rinse with about
2 cups (500 ml) of clean water. Empty and dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the Lid and exterior Base with a damp cloth. Dry. DO NOT IMMERSE
IN WATER.
4. The Frying Basket and Handle may be immersed in hot soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
