Operation

It is possible to run the PV-Monitor software without a
Communication Stick in a limited demo mode. Reading inverter data
is exclusively possible with c Communication Stick connected.
6.1

Initial application start

To start PV-Monitor:
 Double-click on PV-Monitor icon on desktop.
- or -
 Start
t Application
Select PV monitor.
After application start:
Î PV-Monitor tries to find a Communication Stick.
If PV-Monitor cannot find a Communication Stick, the following
message appears.
Î OK
t
Switch to demo mode.
Î
Cancel
t Terminate PV-Monitor software.
In demo mode:
Î No data from the PV plant are available.
Î Screen Current with the demo plant data appears.
If the PV-Monitor finds a Communication Stick:
Î PV-Monitor tries to find inverters and read out current data.
Î
Screen Inverter search appears.
