Assembly
Before fixing the device, check if the function at the selected
mounting place will be guaranteed. Because of constructional
conditions the range can be strongly influenced by little variation
of the chosen mounting place. Avoid mounting at metal surfaces
or reinforced concrete. This materials are shielding and reducing
the range. Fix the bracket with 2 screws or 1 eyelet at the
requested place at the wall. Now stick the transmitter into the
bracket.
The ball joint allows exact adjusment relevant to the
monitored area.
Only install the product in dry rooms.
Note:
• The passage detector performs best when the
person/object passes directly across the sensing range (Fig
C1 / P. 58).
• In order to prevent interference, the passage detector
should not be exposed to direct sunlight or other
sources of light (Fig C2 / P. 58).
• The transmitter must be mounted where it will not be subject to
vibrations. Each movement of the transmitter itself is
also registered as a movement.

(alkaline type AA) making sure the direction of the batteries is in
accordance with the polarity. Close the battery casing.
