Restraining Your Child
WARNING
NEVER use the overhead shield without fastening the shoulder
and crotch straps. The overhead shield alone will not properly
restrain your child.
NEVER dress your child in clothing that interferes with position-
ing the crotch strap between your child's legs. If the crotch
strap is not positioned between your child's legs, your child
could eject from the car seat in a crash.
