  • Page 2 • Clear a flat surface to lay out all the materials so everything is close at hand. • You will need a Phillips head screwdriver (power driver, recommended, not included) hammer and safety glasses (not included) to assemble the T-Rex Truck. - When installing screws, be sure screws are tightened snugly, but do NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
  • Page 3 BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION: • Keep these instructions for future reference. • Replace with 2 “LR44” button cell batteries (not included). • The voltage of a fully-charged, rechargeable battery is often lower than that of a fresh alkaline battery. Therefore, it is recommended that alkaline batteries be used instead of rechargeable batteries for best performance and longer play time.

  • Page 6 Ready...let’s start with decals! Decals must be applied to a clean, dry surface. Wipe clean with a dry rag before application. Remove air from under decals by applying pressure to the decals starting from the center, and work towards edges. NOTE: If decals bubble, prick with a pin to remove the air. Decals are located in the bottom of the cardboard box.
  • Page 7 Arms first!! Insert both arms (parts N1,N2) into the T-Rex body (part A). Push them together. You will feel them lock into each other. Once together they will NOT COME APART. Arm - Right (1) Arm - Left (1) You should also feel a CLICK when inserting the lower part of the arm into the smaller hole on the body...

  • Page 9 Attaching the reins - one more step Flip T-Rex body and reins over. Place the small cap nut (CC) and the small cap nut tool over the OPEN end of the axle. Hammer the small cap nut onto axle. Do not hammer on surfaces or items you don’t want to break, mar or dent.

    IMPORTANT! Check axle positions - roll the T-Rex Truck forward - HUBCAPS SHOULD STOP FACING OUTWARD. FRONT wheels...last steps! Really give it a good hit! Place axle cap then long axle cap tool onto open end of axle. Hammer axle Long axle cap tool cap onto axle.
  • Page 21 Let’s get the horn working WARNING: Remove battery cover before pulling tab. Remove battery cover on horn (part J) Pull clear tab from horn unit to activate. Re-attach batter cover. Snap horn (part J) into center of steering wheel (part I). Remove battery cover from horn.
  • Page 22 Steering T-Rex is easy. Squeeze steering clip (part Ib) Steering clip should snap into MIDDLE into steering wheel (part I). hole on each side of the steering column. Insert steering wheel Make sure the steering clip through hole in dashboard snaps past the O ring.
