Unable to transfer data

IPASON ELITE 2 ALL-IN-ONE PC (2020)
Printer
Check that the printer is turned on.
Make sure that there is no problem with the printer cable, and
that the USB port is indeed connected to the all-in-one PC.
For assistance, please refer to the printer manual.
Network
Make sure that the RJ45 connector is indeed connected to a
network hub or switch.
Check if your network cable suffers any route interference.
Check the ADSL setting and connection, and make sure that
the network settings of the all-in-one PC are correctly set
up.
Check if the all-in-one PC is affected by its distance to the
hotspots and obstacles.
Select the nearest wireless hotspot
If you are unable to connect to the network service provider,
check if you have a technical problem.
If you are unable to check the hardware configuration in the
BIOS setup during boot-up, turn on the LANWaken function.
Check that the USB device is properly connected to the USB port
on the all-in-one PC.
Check that the driver of the device is installed correctly.
Audio effect
Check that the speaker volume is not turned off and
adjust the sound controller.
Check that the volume of the software is not muted.
Check that the headphones are connected properly.
Check if an audio cable is connected to the headp-
hone jack. If yes, remove the audio cable
