Unable to power up

Power Adapter
Check that the all-in-one PC is plugged into a power outlet or po-
wer adapter and that the power is turnedon.Check that the power
cord and plug and all cables are securely connected.
Hard disk or solid-state disk
Improper operation or virus resulting in corruption of operating
system. Try to clean the virus and then setting up the operation
system properly.
The files are too scattered. Use a hard drive defrag tool to defrag-
ment the programs on your hard drive or SSD.
Monitor
Check that the all-in-one PC is plugged into a power outlet or
power adapter and that the power is turned on.
• Check if the all-in-one PC is in Hibernate or Standby.
• Press Ctrl, Alt, and Delete at the same time to reboot the
all-in-one PC.
• Press the power button to turn off the power.
• Unplug the power cord to turn off the power of the all-in-one
PC

Check if the Numlock is turned on.
Check if other software's are set up for the keyboard.
