1) To make a desk fan: loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the
plastic base to the fan head and tighten the butterfly screw.
2) To make a clip fan: loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the
plastic clip to the fan head and tighten the butterfly screw.

CLIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the clip onto a secure structure. The clip can
accommodate a 1.06 inch to 1.65 inch thick structure.
2. Fig.1 through Fig.3 illustrate the wrong way to clip to
a structure and the wrong kind of structures to clip.
Clip as shown to reduce the risk of damage.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

The fan requires little maintenance. Do not try to fix it by yourself. Bring it to a
qualified service technician if service is needed.
1. Unplug the fan before cleaning and assembling it.
2. To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor, keep the vents at the rear of the
motor housing free of dust, etc. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean the vents
unless the unit is unplugged. Do not disassemble the fan remove dust build-up.
3. Wipe the exterior parts with a soft cloth soaked in a mild detergent.
Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents to avoid scratching the surface.
Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals as cleaners.
4. Do not get water or any other liquid in the motor housing or interior parts.

CLEANING

1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning.
2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge.
Thoroughly remove soap film with clean water.
3. Be sure not to get water or other liquid inside of the motor.
4. Dry all parts completely before reassembling and reconnecting to power
source.
