- 5 5x15 aluminium screws
- 4 plastic clips
Assembly
- Remove the saddles, the rear shell, disconnect the rear light, the number plate light and rear indicators, and then
remove the opening saddle lock.
- Cut the original undertray as on photos, and then fix it on the bike as well as the electric relays using the plastic
clips provided.
- Fix the lock on our undertray.
- Refix the original indicator wires to connectors.
- Position your rear shell without screwing it completely. Using a soft lead pencil, draw a line forward to the
under tray 40 mm from the back insert axe, by staying in our undertray axis.
- Position our undertray encasing it under the rear shell; fix it with its four front fixing points. Tighten the rear
shell, thanks to the previous draw line, find the centre hole ( 6 mm drilling) to be drilled on your back shell. Put
the fifth aluminium 5x15 screw.
- Connect indicators and rear lights (take care not to invert brake light and position light connection). Fix the lock
cable on its new support, fix back up the saddles and rivet the number plate.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
