Position of the threaded fasteners
Fitting kit
- 1 metallic plate holder
- 2 BHc 6x15 screws
- 2 Ø6 plastic washers
- 2 BHc 5x20 screws
- 1 piece of double-sided adhesive tape (3 cm)
Assembly
- Remove both saddles and fairings.
- Disconnect the plate lighting and indicators.
- Remove the original mudguard.
- Place the provided metallic plate support on the provided plate holder thanks to the BHc 5x10 screws, M5 nylock
nuts and Ø5 plastic washers.
- Stick the double-sided adhesive tape on the sides of the taillight (see picture).
- Place the threaded fasteners (see picture).
- Place and fit the plate holder thanks to the BHc 6x15 screws, the Ø6 plastic washers and the M6 nylock nuts
without tightening. The 5x20 screws are going on fasteners.
- Connect the indicators and plate lighting, replace fairings and tighten screws on the plate holder.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold the
support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal plate
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
