Fitting kit
- 4 6×10 screws
- 2 6×15 screws
- 4 rubber washers
- 6 steel washers
- 2 M6×20 spacers
- 2 M6 nuts
- 2 33 collars
- 2 fixing brackets
Assembly
- Remove one engine/frame fixing screw (see photos).
- Insert the fixing bracket on the screw (do not tighten up completely at this stage so that you can adjust the
brackets later).
- Follow the same procedure on the other side.
- Put the 33 collars in place on the right and left hand side of the frame, below the engine casing by fixing
the M6×20 spacers with the M6×10 screws (see photos).
- Position the belly pan and fix it in place at the four fixing points (put the two last 6×10 screws at the level
of the spacers, and the two M6×10 screws at the level on the fixing brackets).
- Adjust the belly pan towards the front and towards the rear to ensure it is well clear of the exhaust pipes.
- Tighten the four belly pan screws and the engine/frame screws.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
