IV. OPERATION
4.1- Intended use
The hoist frame is applicable to mini electric hoists (within the limits of the lifting capacity).
The hoist frame is intended to mount one hoist only.
4.2- Operation
1) Choose the adequate electric hoist
2) Make sure the cantilever is tight during
installation and does not have any slippage.
3) After installation, proceed with following
verifications at least 2 times:
a) up and down no-load testing
b) 45° left and right rotation testing
c) Then add the load to rated capacity and slowly lift
it.
4) After testing is complete, please tighten the bolts
4.3- Advise for users
- Periodically check the supporting steel pipe to
make sure that it doesn't rock nor bend
- Regularly check all the structural parts of the hoist
frame to make sure there is no damage and cracking.
- Do not overload.
- Do not lift persons.
- Do not stand under the hoist.
- Persons who do not know the safety knowledge of the product, the installation and operating
procedures must not operate the product
- It is strictly forbidden to use two electric hoists to sling or support a weight simultaneously.
V. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
5.1- Maintenance
After use, regularly check every part of the hoist frame to make sure that there is no damaging, or
loosened bolt and nuts, especially the clamping bolts.
Product must be properly packaged after disassembling for transportation, and do not omit any
part.
5.2- Cleaning
- Clean product with a soft clean cloth.
- Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), or an abrasive sponge.
- Do not use high pressure water.
5.3- Storage
Product must be stored in a dry location.
Always lock up product and keep out of reach of children
5.4- Disposal
Do not dispose the product with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
Dispose of the product in a collection centre, or a waste drop-off centre; or seek advice from your
local municipality.Disposal of the product, accessories and packaging should be carried out
according to local regulations governing environment protection.
