Setting the timer clock
• Reset the timer by pressing the R small round button (fig.2).
• Press and hold the CLOCK button, then press the DAY button until the current day of the week is
displayed.
• Repeat the same operation using the HOUR and MIN button to set the time.
Setting the time frame for the Time Locking Function
You are now setting the time frames that will allow you to access the safe by dialing the
correct code in the pre-set time frames.
1. Press and release the TIMER button to set your first-time frame.
2. 1 ON will appear on the screen. Set the beginning (1 ON) of the opening time frame
using the DAY, HOUR and MIN KEYS.
3. Push the TIMER button again and set the end of the time frame (1 OFF) in the same way.
You will be able to open your safe with a correct code in this time window (between the ON
and OFF time) and on the days you choose if you have selected the AUTO mode.
• To set additional time frames push the TIMER button; each time frame is numbered.
• You can set up to 17 different configurations of time frames at the same time. This allows
you to set multiple time frames during any day of the week.
• You can modify any of the time frames you set, but if you wish to delete anyone of
them, you must reset the timer, by pressing the small round button with a crossed R as
in fig.2.
• Make sure the time frames don't overlap
General Information on the Timer
If the batteries run low a led yellow light goes on when dialing the code.
Change the batteries every 2 years for the wired version and every 6 months for the battery-
operated safe. Get high quality batteries.
Wall plug time lock safe
The timer is battery and cord-operated and will determine when the Time Lock Safe can be
opened. If you unplug the safe, the programmed time frames will not be lost.
Battery operated only time lock safe
The red led light on the timer is not steady but blinks in this battery-operated time lock safe.
WARNING
- The emergency keys can always be used to open the safe in case you need to override the
timer.
- DO NOT LOCK THE KEYS INSIDE THE SAFE. Give them to a relative or a friend, you will need
them if the batteries of the safe run low.
