Application
Expansion module (I/O) each with 8 freely programmable digital inputs and floating
outputs. For permanent connection to the ECC2 function controller (maximum
2 I/O modules per ECC2 function controller).

Attach the expansion module (1) to a rail.

Snap-lock the lower edge (3) into the rail.

Press the expansion module up.

Snap-lock the upper edge (2) into the rail.

Connect the cable from the ECC2 function controller to the expansion module (6).

Connect the cables for the required inputs and outputs.

The maximum cross section of an input/output cable is 1.5 mm².

Strip off 8 mm of the ends of the input/output cables.

Apply wire-end ferrules to flexible electric cables.

Use the Web interface to program the inputs/outputs.
