Charging a warm battery
Battery can get warm when used in a power
tool. In which case, allow the battery to cool
before charging. If a battery is put in the
charger while it is still too warm the red status
light will go on and the green light will remain
off. Remove the battery from the charger, allow
it to cool for 30 minutes and then try again.
Charging a cold battery
A cold battery can be put in the charger
immediately, but charging will not start before
the temperature off the battery has equalised.
If a battery is put in the charger while it is still
too cold the red status light will go on and
the green light will remain off. Charging starts
automatically when the battery has become
warm enough.
