The iGroove is intelligently designed to easily accommodate all
iPods. To configure the iGroove for your specific iPod size, simply
adjust the movable back-rest, as shown below, to the proper
location based on the size of your iPod.
When using an iPod Mini or Nano, it will be necessary to place
the dock insert into the dock area as shown below. Now you are
ready to dock your iPod. While your iPod is docked, its battery is
charging (until it is fully charged).
Over time, it may become necessary to tighten the moveable
back rest. To do this, remove the rubber pad and tighten the
screw as shown below. Replace the rubber pad after the screw
is tightened.

SYSTEM OPERATION

The Dock
Your iGroove system is ready to perform as soon as you plug it in
and dock an iPod. The Power button located on the right of the
iGroove will light up "Red" in "Standby/Off" mode and "Green" in
"On" mode. The buttons on the left of the iGroove are volume up
and down.
Note:When the iPod is docked and the headphone mini-jack on
the iPod is used, sound will come from the heaphones as well as
the iGroove. The iPod's volume will control the headphone level
only. The iPod's volume will have no effect on the volume of
the iGroove.
The Remote
The wireless remote control allows interaction with the iGroove
as well as the iPod.
Note: This remote must be pointed at the iGroove in order to
guarantee proper interaction.
• Power – Press to turn the iGroove "On"; press again to put
the iGroove in "Standby/Off."
• Play/Pause – Press once to "Pause" play; press again to
resume play. Press and hold to turn the iPod "Off" (the iPod
will continue to charge).
• Track Selection – Press
next track; press and hold to reverse or fast-forward through
the current track.
• Volume – Press + or – to decrease or increase the system
volume level.
Changing the Remote Control Battery
The remote battery will need to be changed when it
stops working or when its performance is noticeably reduced.
To remove the battery, simply pull the battery housing tab from
the remote control (as shown in the diagram) and remove the
battery. Replace only with a 3-volt CR2025 lithium battery.
Note: Lighting and other room conditions can reduce remote
performance.
