Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY 4K HDMI 2.0 6x2 Matrix with remote control. This high performance HDMI 2.0
Matrix allows any of the attached six sources to be shown on any of the two displays simultaneously.
It supports resolutions up to Ultra HD 2160p60 with YCbCr 4:2.0 8bpc and 2160p30 with YCbCr 4:4.4 12bpc. It
supports HDCP 2.2, as well as all Full HD 3D Formats.
At resolutions up to Full HD the PiP-Feature can display and let select all input signals in small PiP overlay windows
in the recently selected picture.
ARC (Audio Return Channel Signal) is supported on Output A.
An Infra-red remote control is supplied to make switching between sources and displays easier.

The Audio ports always refer to the signals on channel OUTPUT A
To get analogue audio signal on the 3.5mm port audio EDID must be set to 2.0CH (= analogue audio)
When ARC is on the audio ports will always use the ARC signal as provided from the TV connected to
OUTPUT A – otherwise the audio is extracted from the selected INPUT signal to OUTPUT A

Operation
Front Panel

ON/OFF: Power on/off switch

INPUT LED: These LED's will illuminates when a source device is connected with a power supply

EDID LED: The LED will illuminate when you select the channel
4.
ARC LED: The LED will illuminate when the ARC function is selected
5.
POWER LED: The LED illuminates when the device is connected with a power supply and switched on

OUT A BUTTON: Press this button to select the source for output A
7.
OUT B BUTTON: Press this button to select the source for output B
8.
EDID BUTTON: Press this button to select the audio output mode
9.
ARC BUTTON: Press this button to select the ARC function
10. RST BUTTON: Press this button to reset back to factory defaults (Input 1, 2.0CH Audio, ARC off)

Rear Panel

HDMI INPUT: Connect your HDMI source to these ports with HDMI cables

HDMI OUTPUT: Connect your HDTV or monitor to these ports with HDMI cables
3.
STEREO OUT:** Connect your switch to an amplifier using a 3.5mm jack cable
4.
TOSLINK OUTPUT:** Connect your switch to an amplifier using optical fibre
5.
DC IN: Plug the 5V DC power supply into the unit and connect the adapter to an AC wall outlet
* Port 6 will support MHL input using an active MHL cable.
** The audio out will always take the audio from the HDMI A output port.
Remote control
Power button: Power the switch on or off
Audio: Pressing this button will toggle the audio output mode,, the front LED will
indicate the current option selected
ARC:*** Press this button to active or deactivate ARC
PiP: When pressing the PiP button, the image on OUTPUT B will mirror the image
on OUTPUT A
Select: Pressing this button will scroll through the PiP source
Enter: Once you have found the PiP source you want to watch, press enter to show
this on the full screen for both OUTPUT A and B
*** To use the ARC function, your TV must support ARC and must be connected to
output A. When ARC is not selected, the switch will output the audio from the selected input source. When ARC is
selected the ARC return signal from the TV will be used.
The analogue 3.5mm Audio port will only output a signal when the HDMI signal contains uncompressed Audio like
LPCM – audio EDID must be set to 2.0CH. If it is set to Dolby, DTS, 5.1 or 7.1 or any other compressed signal
audio will not be output via the 3.5mm port.
