The back of the router has the following
items:
Item Function
ADSL Connects your router to your ADSL line.
LAN Connects the router to your computer's Ethernet adapter.
USB Connects the router to your computer's USB adapter.
Reset Reboots your router or restores your router to the factory default setting.
• To reboot your router without changing your current settings, press and hold
the Reset button for 1 to 2 seconds.
• To restore your router to the factory default settings, press and hold the Reset
button for 10 seconds.
9VDC Connects your router to the supplied power adapter.

Default Values

Use the default values for the router if you did not change them during installation, or if
you have restored the factory default settings. The ADSL2+ Ethernet/USB Modem/
Router has the following default values:

IP Address: 192.168.1.1
!
User name: admin
!
Password: admin
Note: If you complete the installation steps in this guide, you will change the
default password of the router.
