1.1 Unpacking

Place the pallet on a flat, level surface, leaving
enough room to roll the cart off the pallet. Remove the
cardboard protective shipping sleeve it aside. Remove the
plastic wrap and shipping bag from the cart. Cut the bands
holding the unloading ramps. Lift the ramps off the locating
pins and remove the ramps. Reverse the ramps and
engage the locating pin in the angled blocks on the end of
the pallet, (see the photo at right).
Insure the caster brake is set. Cut the shipping
restraint tie wraps on all turnbuckles. Insert a screwdriver
through the center of each turnbuckle housing and loosen
the turnbuckle until the hook can be removed from the
eyelet. Remove the turn buckle from both ends and set
aside. Repeat the procedure to completely disengage the
shipping restraints.
Release the caster brake. Grasp the bicycle handle grips
and pull the cart down the unload ramps to the work
surface. Replace the unloading ramps on the pallet and
store the pallet and turnbuckles for future re-use.
