TROUBLESHOOTING/FAQ

If the meter is not operating properly, please check the following items first:
Does the meter have power?

Is there an error condition?

Now search for a solution in the troubleshooting guide (Table 8 - next page).
If the display is completely blank, the meter is not
powered.
• Check to make sure all connections are wired
as described in Section 3.8.
• Test the voltage being supplied to the meter
using an AC voltmeter.
• With power off, replace any line fuses with
known good fuses and test with an ohmmeter
Refer to Table 7.
Use Table 7 to identify the error; then solve the problem
using the troubleshooting suggestions in Table 8.
