TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
No beverage is brewed
Beverage is not hot enough
Capsule cannot drop down
Steam when handle opened
Water on table
Capsule dropped down directly to
used capsule container
Occasional drops drip out of the
dispensing head
Functional hot or cold beverage
comes out in drips / beverage goes
to the used capsule container

CAUSE
The watertank is empty
Cup / mug is cold
Scale build-up in the machine
The used capsule container is full.
The capusle was deformed during
the brewing process.
The handle was opened too quick
when brewing finished
Watertank is leaking
Deformed capsule
The heater remains warm
The capsule is too fine to pass water Use a new capsule
SOLUTION
Fill the watertank
Preheat cup / mug
Descale the machine
If the machine is cold, brew a cup of
water to warm up the circuit.
Empty the used capusle container
Push it down with pen, or close the
handle and open it.
Wait a few seconds to let the resi-
dual pressure escape
Check if the valve on watertank is
stuck
Call service center
Try it again with slight different
angle
Use a new capsule
Occasional drops are normal, it is
not a defect
