Application
The 3UF18 current transformer can be used as a lineside transformer
for the SIMOCODE-basic unit 3UF10 and 3UF20 (see Fig. IVa) or for the
3UB11 electronic overload relay (see Fig. IVb). Other applications are
also possible.
Installation
Direct assembly with contactor. Separate installation is required in
case of strong vibrations.

Protection against electric shock according to VDE 0106, Part 100, for
transformer connections by additional terminal covers.

Terminal cover B can be cut to required length; can also be assembled
directly with the transformer.
For separate installation use the second box terminal (for
3UF1847 to 3UF1850). For snapping onto mounting rail use base
plate A (for 3UF1847 to 3UF1852).

Can be mounted in any position.
