Operate stop watch
• Press Button (3), till you are in the Stop watch mode ('ST' on top left of the Display).
• Press the button (1). With this start the timing.
• Press the button (1). With it end the timing.
• Press the button (2). With it reset the stop watch.
• Press the button (3). With it, you return to Time 1 mode.
Operate Countdown
• Press Button (3), till you are in the Countdown mode ('TR' on top left of the Display).
• Press Button (2) for three seconds. The 'Seconds' will fl ash.
• By pressing the Button (1) set the desired value; slowly when pressed briefl y, fast when
pressed for longer period.
The values can be set only in ascending order. Restart the setting with lowest value
after the highest possible value.
• By pressing the Button (2) you access the appropriate settings for minutes and hours.
• Press Button (2) once. With it confi rm the values.
• By pressing the Button (1) start or stop the Countdown.
• There is an alarm for approx. 20 seconds after the set time has elapsed.
Press Button (1), (2) or (3) to end the signal tone.
Operate alarm
Setting the alarm time
• Press Button (3), till you are in the Alarm mode ('AL' on top left of the Display).
• Press Button (2) for three seconds. The 'Hours' will fl ash.
• By pressing the Button (1) set the desired value; slowly when pressed briefl y, fast when
pressed for longer period.
The values can be set only in ascending order. Restart the setting with lowest value
after the highest possible value.
• By pressing the Button (2) you access the appropriate settings for minutes and hours.
• Press the button (3). With it you return to the Time 1 Mode. The alarm time is thus set, but
not yet activated
Activate alarm and hourly signal tone
• Press Button (3), till you are in the Alarm mode ('AL' on top left of the Display).
• Press Button (1) so many times until the Symbols 'ALM' (Alarm) and/or 'CHI' (hourly Signal
tone) appears or disappears on bottom right of the display.
• Press the button (2) or (3). With it, you return to Time 1 mode.
There is an alarm for approx. 30 seconds at the set alarm time. The hourly signal will
sound only for short time at each clock hour.
Activate Alarm with snooze function/alarm repeat
• Press Button (1), (2) or (3) during the alarm signal. The signal tone is stopping. With it activate
alarm snooze function/alarm repeat after 5 Minutes.
• Allow the repeated alarm signal to sound till the end. With it the alarm snooze function/alarm
repeat ends automatically.
Replacing the battery
The clock is operated with a battery. The lifespan of the battery is limited, hence the battery
must be replaces after some time. To prevent damages, we recommend to allow the watch-
maker or jeweller to change the battery.
• Open the battery compartment by unscrewing the four screws on the back side of the clock.
• Remove the used batteries and insert a new battery of the Type CR2025 paying attention to
the polarity.
• Close the battery compartment again by screwing tightly the four screws.
Maintenance and care
• Clean the device with a soft, clean and dry cloth.
• Do not use aggressive detergents or chemicals as these can damage the housing (discol-
ouration).
Disposal
Device
Never dispose of products and devices labelled with the following symbol in the
household waste. You are obliged to dispose of these separately. Ask your local
authority about the facilities for controlled disposal.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries
The end user is legally obliged (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and
rechargeable batteries. Disposal in the domestic waste is prohibited! Batteries/
accumulators containing harmful substances are marked with adjoining symbols.
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the offi cial
collection points of your community, in our stores, or wherever batteries/recharge-
able batteries are sold!
