Charging the battery pack
Battery packs for this tool are shipped in a low charge condition
to prevent possible problems. Therefore, you should charge it
until the green LeD on the front of the charger comes on full.
When charger is connected to the power supply the red LeD will
light up.
On Inserting the battery pack the green LeD will flash indicating
that the battery is being charged.
A continuous green LeD indicates charging is complete
If the red LeD is flashing this indicates a fault with the battery.
This could be because the battery is hot, cold or faulty. Remove
from charger and allow 30 minutes before trying to re charge.
note: If charger does not charge the battery pack under normal
circumstances then return both your charger and battery to the
place of purchase.
note: Batteries will not reach full charge the first time they are
charged. Allow several cycles for them to become fully charged.

cleaning
CAUTION Property damage hazard. Material left in the cartridge
holder may dry if left unattended. Do not attempt to dispense
material under this condition. follow the manufacturer's
recommendations when using caulk or adhesive material to
reduce the risk of property damage.
CAUTION When cleaning use only a damp cloth on plastic parts.
Many household cleaners contain chemicals that could seriously
damage plastic. DO NOT use gasoline, turpentine, lacquer or paint
thinner, dry cleaning fluids or similar products that may seriously
damage plastic parts. NeVeR let any liquid get inside the tool;
never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.
Charger Cleaning Instructions WARNING. Disconnect the charger
from the AC outlet before cleaning. Dirt and grease may be
removed from the exterior of the charger using a cloth or soft
non-metallic brush. DO NOT use water or any cleaning solutions.
Disposal/recycling
Disposal of sealant applicator, battery and charger should be
according to local waste authority rules.Alternatively return to
PCCox or Cox North America Inc. for disposal.
Accessories WARNING. Accessories, other than those offered
by PC COX, have not been tested with this product and could
be hazardous if used. To reduce the risk of injury, only PC COX
accessories should be used with this product. Recommended
accessories for use with your tool are available at extra cost from
your local service centre
Charge the battery only with the charger provided.
Check power supply is suitable for the supplied charger.
ensure battery is aligned and pressed firmly into charger.
Do not attempt to open batteries or charger as they contain no
user serviceable parts.

repairs
To assure product safety and reliability, repairs, maintenance
and adjustment should be performed by a COX factory service
center, a COX authorized service center or other qualified service
personnel only. ALWAyS use identical replacement parts.
The charger is not user serviceable. There are no user serviceable
parts inside the charger. Servicing at an authorized service
center is required to avoid damage to static sensitive internal
components.
