Installing and removing the Battery Pack
Make sure your battery pack is fully charged
cautIon Lock trigger before removing or installling battery.
to install the battery pack into the tool:
Align the base of the power tool with the notch inside
the battery and slide the battery pack firmly into the handle
until you hear the lock snap into place.
to remove the battery pack from the tool:
Press the release button (G.) and firmly pull the battery pack out
of the tool handle.
trigger switch lockoff
WarnInG turn unit off and disconnect battery pack before
installing and removing accessories, before adjusting or when
making repairs. lock the trigger switch when the tool is not in
use and when storing the tool.
to lock the trigger switch:
Push the trigger lock (f.) up. The tool will not
operate with the switch in the locked position.
to unlock the trigger switch:
Push the trigger lock down.

To turn the power tool on, squeeze the trigger switch (e.).
To turn the tool off, release the trigger switch. your tool is
equipped with a trigger lock (f.) to safeguard against inadvertent
release of material.
Variable speed Dial
Turn the speed dial (C.) to an appropriate speed for your
application. Turn the dial counterclockwise for minimum flow of
material. Turn the dial clockwise for maximum flow of material.
Press the trigger switch (e.) to start the flow of material. Release
the trigger switch to stop the flow.
Plunger rod handle
WarnInG turn power tool off and disconnect battery before
storing tool. lock the trigger when tool is not in use.
WarnInG Do not use the plunger rod handle to suspend any
object. serious personal injury may result. the plunger rod
handle may be used to suspend tool from a stable location
when not in use.
to adjust Plunger rod
Press and hold the plunger rod release trigger (D.).
Push or pull plunger rod handle (A.) to desirable position.
Release plunger rod release trigger.
to Insert Material
WarnInG Burst hazard. Material left in the cartridge/sausage
holder may dry if left unattended. follow manufacturer's
recommendations when using caulk or adhesive to reduce risk of
personal injury.
• Make sure the proper cartridge holder is installed correctly.
• Use the trigger lock (f.) to lock trigger (e.).
• Trim nozzle end of the caulk/adhesive tube. Small openings
require more force to push the material, possibly affecting
battery life.
• Break inner seal of caulk or adhesive tube.
cautIon If the inner seal is not broken, material could
be forced out through the rear of the tube and damage
your tool.
cautIon Keep plunger rod, cartridge holder and cartridge
clean of all material. Retracting a plunger rod that is
covered with dried material may damage the tool and cause
misalignment of the tube.
• Securely hold the tool. Press plunger rod release trigger (D.)
to declutch and free the plunger rod (A.). Using the plunger
rod handle (B.), pull the plunger rod (A.) back to allow the
caulk/adhesive tube to fit inside the cartridge holder.
• Insert the caulk/adhesive tube.
• Press and hold plunger release trigger (D.) while pushing the
plunger rod handle (B.) forward until the plunger is against
the tube/carrier.
• Release the plunger rod release trigger.
