5.3 Start-Up

Turning on and off
Turning on
9. Press and hold the lock button (8) for the ON /
OFF switch; now you can press the ON / OFF
switch (7) to start the handheld mixer. The lock
button is to avoid error triggering the ON / OFF
switch accidentally
Turning off
10. Release the ON / OFF switch (7) then the power
gets off, and the lock button will be reset.
Speed controller
11. With the speed controller (9), the power tool's
speed can be gradually adjusted. The type of
material to be mixed determines the speed rate
that is required. Practice will teach you the
optimal speed required by the respective
material.
2- Speed gear
12. The device is equipped with a 2-speed gear. For
the speed selection turn the switch (4) by 180°.
JTX-1200, I: 0-500 min
JTX-1800, I: 0-430 min

5.4 Instruction for Using

Only operate this switch at standstill.
13. Hold the device with both hands during mixing.
14. Do not reach in the running beaters (rotating
beaters).
15. Avoid splashing. Work with low speed when
immersing the beater in the material to be
mixed or pulling it out.
16. Only use beaters recommended by the
manufacturer.
17. The supplied mortar beaters are suitable for
materials with tough and tenacious consistency:
e.g. mortar, knifing fillers, cement, plaster, lime,
concrete, flooring plaster, etc.
18. Increase the speed during the mixing process.
Immerse the beater through the material to be
mixed until it is thoroughly mixed. Follow the
processing instructions from the suppliers.
19. Do not work with low speed in continuous
mode. This
overloading/overheating the motor as no
sufficient cooling can be generated.

6.0 Maintenance and Care

Before each maintenance and cleaning work:
 switch off device
 wait for standstill of the beater
 pull out power plug
Use only original parts. Other parts can result in
unexpected damages and injuries.
The carbon brush must be checked and
maintenance when the machine operation up to
60 hours, please change the brush in time if the
worn-out brush were found. Please see the
pictures below for operating details.
JTX-1200:
Cut off the power first, open the cap and replace
the carbon brush.
