Preparation
Melt the butter lightly (not completely). Separate the eggs. We require yolk of 1 egg
and white of two eggs. Mix the crystal sugar, the brown sugar, the egg yolk, cream,
water and vanilla sugar. Add the flour. Whip the egg whites and add it to the mix.
Place the mix in a cooled space for 24 hours. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron and
afterwards let the heart-shaped waffles cool off.
HEALTHY-HEART WAFFLES WITH SPELT AND
OATMEAL
Ingredients:

375 ml (vegetable) milk
•
150 g speltmeal
•
150 g oatmeal
•
2 bananas
•
2 teaspoonfuls baking powder
•
1 teaspoonful bicarbonate of soda
•
1 teaspoonful cinnamon
•
6 drops of stevia or 1 tablespoonful rice syrup
•
1 tablespoonful coconut oil + for greasing.
Preparation:
Blend all the dry ingredients, apart from the bananas, in a mixing dish. Mix in all the
moist ingredients and both bananas. Then mix the moist ingredients in through the dry
ingredients. Heat the waffle iron and grease it with coconut oil. Bake the waffles and
leave to cool down.
