DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA

I sollevatori pneumatici sono dotati di una serie di dispositivi
preposti a garantire la massima sicurezza per l'operatore :

1 - Finecorsa meccanico di arresto alla massima altezza
disposto internamente al sistema telescopico limita la
corsa del sollevatore (fig.5/1 pos.1).
2 - Valvola di sovrapressione
consente di stabilizzare la pressione aria in caso di
5/1 sovrapressione (fig.5/2 pos.1).
3 - Carter di protezione comandi
non consente il comando involontario del sollevatore
(fig.5/2 pos.2).
4 - Collegamenti pneumatici
l'azionamento del cilindro pneumatico è ottenuto attra-
verso un alimentazione pneumatica garantita mediante
collegamenti tubi flessibili Øe = 6 mm.
ATTENZIONE: La rimozione o manomissione dei
dispositivi di sicurezza comporta una violazione delle

norme europee e solleva il costruttore dai danni causa-
ti o riferibili agli atti suddetti.

La macchina viene fornita, secondo richiesta del cliente in
quattro diverse versioni:
1 - In cartone doppia onda con pallet
2 - In cassa di legno con pallet
3 - Fissato sul solo pallet
4 - Senza imballo
Nella prima, nella seconda versione e nella terza versio-
ne deve essere movimentato per mezzo di un fork-lift po-
sizionando le lame come indicato in fig.6/1. Tenere comun-

SAFETY DEVICES

The pneumatic jacks are equipped with a number of safety
devices designed to guarantee the utmost operator safety:
1 - Maximum height mechanical limit stop
installed inside the telescopic system, it limits the jack's
upward travel (1 fig.5/1).
2 - Relief valve
stabilizes the air pressure if excessive (1 fig.5/2).
3 - Control guard
ensures that the jack cannot be operated accidentally
(2 fig.5/2).
4 - Compressed air connections
the pneumatic cylinder is operated by compressed air,
supplied by connecting hoses outside Ø = 6 mm.
CAUTION : Removing or tampering with safeties is in
violation of European Safety Regulations and relieves
manufacturer of any and all liability for injury to persons
to damage to things caused or referable to such acts.

TRANSPORT

Depending on the customer's requirements, the machine
may be supplied packed in four different ways:
1 - In triple wall cardboard with pallet
2 - In wooden crate with pallet
3 - Fixed to just a pallet
4 - Without packaging
In case of options one, two and three it must be handled
using a fork-lift truck, placing the forks as shown in fig.6/1.
Always keep the load as low as possible when handling,
for improved stability and visibility.
Once the packaging has been removed, the jack can be
handled like any trolley thanks to its side wheels and
handlebar.
