IMPORTANT: We advise you to assemble the tent once before going
camping to become familiar with the assembly. It is recommended that
two people be involved in the setup.
NOTE: To prolong the life of the tent floor, select a level, clean area for
the campsite. To prevent damage to the zipper, unzip the doors prior to
tent setup to allow air to enter the tent. To improve the weather resist-
ance of your tent, it is advisable to use seam sealer to coat all the
exposed seams. You should apply only to the underside of the fly and
inside seams of the tent. If applied to the outside of seams, discoloration
of your tent may occur.
STEP 1: Spread the tent out flat, floor side down.
STEP 2: Extend the fiberglass tent frame sections by pulling out each
section and placing it into the metal ferrule. You will have six pole
sections. The 2 longest equal-length poles (A) are for the main tent frame.
The 2 shorter equal-length poles (B) are for the sides. You will also
have 1 short pole on the centre for the fly (C).
STEP 3: Stake down the front base of the tent by inserting stakes
through the stake loops located on either side of the front door and
hammering the stakes into the ground at a 45 degree angle using a
hammer or mallet. Make certain the front of the tent floor is pulled out
even and tight.
STEP 4: While making sure the tent sleeves are in line with each other,
insert the long poles (A) through the centre pole sleeves, which will make
an "X" on the tent. Also insert the shorter side poles (B) through the side
sleeves. Once the poles are set, they should appear on the tent as shown.

STEP 5: Starting at the front of the tent, place the main tent poles (A)
over the pins located on either side of the door. Now work to the rear of
the tent, and gently flex the main tent poles into an arch, and place them
over the corresponding pins in the rear. Now repeat this step for the two
remaining side poles (B) on the sides of the tent.
STEP 6: Clip the plastic hooks sewn to the tent to the fiberglass frame
poles.
STEP 7: Continue to stake down the tent by using the tent stakes and
the stake loops at the base of the tent, making certain to pull the tent
out even and tight. Tent should appear as shown.

STEP 8: Unfold the fly and stretch out all the corners. Locate the front
and rear by finding the fly pole sleeves. Once the front and rear are
located, place the fly over the tent with the fly pole sleeves facing down.
Place the ends of the fiberglass fly pole into the pockets at each end
of the rainfly.
Finish attaching the fly to the tent by hooking the plastic S-hooks on the
fly to the O-rings located on the stake loops.
STEP 9: Wrap the Velcro fasteners at each corner of the fly around the
fiberglass tent poles.
STEP 10: Finally, secure the tent in place with the guy ropes and extra
tent stakes. The tent should appear as shown.
NOTE: To take down the tent, follow the steps above in reverse
order. Be sure to leave doors and windows unzipped. Place stakes into
stake bag and poles into pole bag, which are provided.
The tent should be folded into equal parts toward the centre of the tent
to distribute the bulk. Fold fly and lay on top of the tent. Start a small
tight roll, the width of your carry bag, with the pole bag placed
opposite the door. Roll tent toward door to allow air to escape. Once
rolled, secure with strings or rope. Slide tent and stake bag into carry
bag. Make sure the tent is clean and dry before storing. Store in a dry
area, off of concrete floor.
