Indikationen
• Das Intensiv HygienicTray dient dem
Zahnarzt als Unterstützung einer spe-
zifischen Behandlungsindikation (z.B.
Kons-Bohrer ständer), sowie zur einfa-
cheren Entnahme der Instrumente
während der Behandlung und als
Halterung während des Sterilisations -
prozesses.
Empfehlungen für den praktischen
Einsatz
• Die Instrumente sollten mittels desin-
fizierter Pinzette, um eine Crosskon-
tamination zu vermeiden, aus dem
Intensiv HygienicTray entnommen
werden.
• Der vollständig zuruckklappbare Dek -
kel dient, während des Gebrauchs, als
Sockel fur das HygienicTray.
Pflege und Sterilisation
• Das Intensiv HygienicTray sollte kom-
plett demontiert werden (Deckel,
Sockel und Boden ), um es leicht zu
reinigen.
• Das Intensiv HygienicTray wird unste-
ril in der Verpackung geliefert. Beim
ersten Einsatz sowie unmittelbar nach
jedem Gebrauch muss das Intensiv
HygienicTray desinfiziert, gereinigt
und sterilisiert werden.
• Das Intensiv HygienicTray ist von nicht
aus Edelstahl bestehenden Instrumen-
ten, wie z.B. Gummipolierern und
Schleifsteinen, während der Sterilisa-
tion zu trennen.
• Wird mit Tauchbaddesinfektion ge-
arbeitet, sollte man nur Reinigungs-
und Desinfektionslösungen verwen-
den, die gleichzeitig Korrosions-
schutz bieten. Dabei sind die vom
Hersteller angegebenen Konzentra-
tionen genau einzuhalten.
• Die Sterilisation muss nach einem
validierten Verfahren erfolgen. Nach
Möglichkeit vor- oder nachevakuie-
rende Autoklaven mit Vakuumtrock-
nung verwenden. Chemiklaven kön-
nen ebenfalls verwendet werden.
• Für die Sterilisationsprozesse beziehen
wir uns auf die Norm ISO 17664; wir
empfehlen daher folgende Hinweise
zu beachten:
– Zyklen mit 134°C:
Tmin = 134°C – Tmax = 138°C
Druck = 3.15 bar abs
Zeit = 4 Minuten (steigerbar)
– Zyklen mit 121°C:
Tmin = 121°C – Tmax = 125°C
Druck = 2.10 bar abs
Zeit = 16 Minuten (steigerbar)

Indications
• Intensiv HygienicTray may be used as
an organ izer for a specific indication
treatment, i.e. prep bur block. In addi -
tion, it enables an easier handling of
the instruments during the treatment
and provides a support during the
sterilisation process.
Practical recommendations
• To avoid any cross contamination,
use disinfected tweezers to take the
instruments.
• Use the completely foldable cover of
Intensiv Hygienic Tray as a base dur-
ing the treatment.
Maintenance and sterilisation
• For easy cleaning, dismantle the In -
tensiv HygienicTray completely (cover,
instrument tray, base).
• The Intensiv HygienicTray is supplied
non sterile. Prior to first use and imme-
diately after each use, the Intensiv
HygienicTray must be disinfected,
cleaned and sterilized.
• During the sterilisation keep the
Intensiv HygienicTray separate from
non-stainless steel instruments, such
as rubber polishers and abrasive
stones.
• If disinfection by immersion is being
used, it is important to use only
cleaning/disinfection solutions that
provide corrosion protection and
strictly observe the concentrations
recommended by the manufacturer.
Sterilization must be performed with
validated procedures. If possible, use a
single-pulsed or fractionated vacuum
autoclave and subvacuum drying.
Chemiclave sterilizers may also be
used.
• Concerning the sterilization process
we refer to the ISO standard 17664.
We suggest to follow the indications
below:
– Cycles at 134°C:
Tmin = 134°C – Tmax = 138°C
Pressure = 3.15 bar abs
Time = 4 min (raisable)
– Cycles at 121°C:
Tmin = 121°C – Tmax = 125°C

Indications
• Intensiv HygienicTray peut être utilisé
comme support sequenceur des fraises
pour une indication de traitement
spécifique (p.ex. porte-fraise restaura-
tion). Il permet également une mani-
pulation plus aisée des instru ments
pendant le traitement et fournit un
support de stérilisation.
Conseils pratiques pour l'utilisation
• Afin d'éviter toute contamination
croisée, les instruments doivent être
retirés de Intensiv HygienicTray au
moyen d'une pince désinfectée.
• Pendant l'utilisation, le couvercle
entièrement rabattable de Intensiv
HygienicTray sert de socle.
Manipulation et stérilisation
• Pour un nettoyage aisé, démonter
complètement Intensiv HygienicTray
(couvercle, base, socle).
• Intensiv HygienicTray est fourni non
stérile. Lors de la première utilisation
et immédiatement après chaque utili-
sation, il doit être désinfecté, nettoyé
et stérilisé.
• Séparer Intensiv HygienicTray des ins-
truments qui ne sont pas en acier
inoxydable, p.ex. les pointes en sili-
cone et en pierre abrasive.
• Si Intensiv HygienicTray est désinfecté
par immersion, il convient d'utiliser
uniquement des solutions de net-
toyage/désinfectantes anti-corrosives
en respectant scrupuleusement les
doses indiquées par le fabricant.
• La stérilisation doit être réalisée
conformément aux procédures vali-
dées. Si possible, utiliser des autoclaves
avec vide simple ou fractionné et avec
séchage sous vide. Il est également
possible d'utiliser des chimiclaves.
• Pour les procédures de stérilisation
nous nous référons à la norme ISO
17664; nous conseillons donc de suivre
les suggestions suivantes:
