CAUTION: DO NOT fold or cover light with any material. Repeated bending, sharp edges, twisting and excessive pressure may damage the product voiding the warranty.
CAUTION: DO NOT Install within 5 feet of a swimming pool, submerge or mount in an area that is prone to standing water.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. No parts are serviceable on this product. DO NOT alter anything in this kit. (Kit does not
include end caps or glue to seal if cut)
2. DO NOT INSTALL WHILE UNIT IS PLUGGED IN. DO NOT plug the power cord into
the power source until installation is complete.
3. For electrical requirements, see back of driver label.
4. For INDOOR and OUTDOOR wet locations.
5. DO NOT touch, operate, or install fixture while in contact with water. Not
intended for illumination of aquariums.
6. DO NOT mount over sinks or stoves.
7. NOT intended for recessed installation in ceilings or soffits. DO NOT run ANY cords
behind walls, ceilings, soffits, cabinets or a similar permanent structure where it may
be inaccessible for examination.
8. Strip light must be fully uncoiled for proper operation, and to prevent overheating.
9. This Strip light is NOT expandable. Additional LED Strip light lengths CANNOT be added.
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug only fits one way into a polarized outlet. DO NOT
ALTER THE PLUG. READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. Verify package and hardware contents. Save these instructions.
Select a location for the LED Strip light and mark it. Verify that the power cord reaches the nearest power outlet and will reach the LED Strip light. Thoroughly clean the mounting
surface with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry. DO NOT PLUG THE POWER CORD INTO THE POWER SOURCE UNTIL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE.
2 CONNECTING CONTROLLER/STRIP LIGHT/ ADAPTER
The plug and cord have two different ends: one input and one output.Line up the
arrow, and Insert the OUTPUT PLUG END into the OUTPUT CONNECTOR of the
preceding fixture and insert the INPUT PLUG END into the INPUT CONNECTOR of
the fixture being added. Twist the water tight connection piece until completely
tightened.
3 ATTACHING CONTROLLER/POWER SUPPLY TO SURFACE

Mark the general area
where the driver/controller
will be mounted. Hold the
driver/controller in the
marked location and drive
screws until they contact
the bottom surface. The
screws must be driven in
straight, to mount properly.
DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
to prevent stripping the
screw hole.

10. DO NOT look directly at lighted LEDs for any length of time.
11. Lights may be installed inside of an enclosure, such as a cabinet, ONLY when the
POWER ADAPTER is located outside of the enclosure.
12. Use only insulated staples or plastic ties (not included) to secure the cords.
13. DO NOT use with an extension cord. Use a power strip with integral over current
protection to supply power to the fixture. NEVER use power strip unless the plug
can be fully inserted.
14. DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT. If dimmer controls are
present, remove and replace.
15. If unfamiliar with electrical installations, contact a qualified electrician to install.
16. LEDs gradually emit less light over their lifetime.
17. ONLY plug into a GFCI certified outlet for outdoor uses.
18. Verify all connections are tightly secured to deter the entry of water.
19. IP65 water and dust resistant on strip light and IR controller. The driver plug is
rated for wet locations.

4 ATTACHING STRIP LIGHT
TO SURFACE
Hold Strip light to desired location. Place
mounting clips carefully over the Strip light and
screw in to the surface careful not to screw into
the Strip light.
