7. CONTROL PANEL & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Connect to power and switch on the machine. The machine will on standby status.
Press"START/STOP" key, the machine will start on 1KM/H after 3 seconds.
2) Press"START/SATOP"key to stop the machine. The console will shows OFF after stopped. When
the machine on running status,press Speed + or - key to adjust required speed. The scope is from
1KM/H to 16KM/H. User also can select Speed direct key 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16.
3) On standby
Press"START/STOP"key after set, the machine will run uniform to the settled data. SPEED will
twinkle when set speeds. SET will twinkle when set time, distance and calorie.The machine will
auto stop after settled data finished. The setting data is as below,
Time set scope: 5:00-90:00. Windows default: 10:00
Speed set scope: 1.0-99.0km. Windows default:1.0km
Calorie set scope:10-990cal. Windows default:10cal
4) Auto program. On standby status, press PROG key to select P1 to P12. At the time, SET will
twinkle on display. Press + or -\key to set time from 10:00 to 60:00. Windows default is 30 minutes.
