Align notch to upper tab,
match screw holes.

7.) To reinstall the FAN motor, secure in place using the 3 motor screws you
removed in step #3. Plug motor into electrical plug. Align TRIM RING notch to
vent (DAMPER) position. Attach TRIM RING to FAN. Attach the SHIELD by
squeezing the mounting springs together and inserting the springs into the spring
guides in the FAN.
