12. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

1. Certificates on which sales date, factory and seller company are not indicated are
invalid.
Guarantee certificate should be presented in order to use the guarantee.
2. The device is covered under guarantee against the failures that may arise due to
material and workmanship faults provided that the device is mounted and used as
per the mounting, usage and maintenance instructions in the manual.
3. Determination of the faults covered under guarantee, repairs thereto and detection
of the location is TURHAN ÇELİK'S responsibility.
4. The granted guarantee is only for the guaranteed devices provided that the
mounting, usage and maintenance manuals and guarantee conditions are obeyed;
and no other claims may be set forth under any name apart from those given in
here.
5. Defacements, erasures or amendments on the information on the device's type,
model and series number on the guaranteed device or on the guarantee certificate
shall render the guarantee invalid.
6. The guarantee covers only the maintenance and the repairs against the material
and workmanship defects that may arise during the term of the guarantee. The
failures and the parts under guarantee are repaired and supplied without any
charges. TURHAN ÇELİK is the owner of the changed parts.
7. Only the authorized service personnel of TURHAN ÇELİK may intervene to the
failures during the guarantee coverage term. Interventions by unauthorized person
and persons, makes the guarantee coverage invalid.
8. The mounting should be done by the authorized service personnel and service
must be notified when the usage location of the device is changed.
9. Repairs of the damages and the failures arising due to the loading, unloading and
transportation that is not under the responsibility of TURHAN ÇELİK, are out of
the guarantee coverage. Likewise, repairs of the damages and the failures caused
by external factors during the usage of the device are not covered under the
guarantee.
10. In case of disputes Courts of Istanbul are authorized.
