ATTACHING THE SADDLE. Remove the three
nuts and washers from the saddle (H), figure 8, place
the saddle onto the triangular plate at the top of
the saddle post (C), refit the washers and nuts and
tighten securely.

ADJUSTING SADDLE HEIGHT
Loosen the saddle height control knob (D) a little,
Figure 9, turning it anti-clockwise and then pulling
it back, insert the saddle post (C) into the hole (W)
on the main body (A) and when it is at the right
height release the control knob and this will lock
into the holes on the saddle post. Tighten the
control knob by turning it clockwise.

FITTING THE HANDLEBAR. Line the handlebar
(LL) up with the top holes on the main post (B),
passing the hand-grip cables over the back of the
post, figure 10, take bolt (N) and washer (I) and
thread it into the top hole but only hand tight, figure
(11). Take the guard (V) and attach it as shown in

FITTING THE ELECTRONIC MONITOR.
(MOD H-490). Undo screws (c) located at the back
of the monitor, then slide the monitor onto the plate
at the top of the main post, Figure 14, put the two
screws (c) back in.
Take the end of the feedback cable (x) and plug it
into the SENSOR INPUT hole (y) at the back of the
monitor, figure 15, now take the end of the hand-
grip cable and plug it into the PULSE INPUT hole
(v) .Figure 16.
MOD H-492. Undo screws (c) located at the back
of the monitor, connect cable (m), sticking up out
of the main post (B), into connector (n), located at
the back of the monitor (P) figure 17, then slide
the monitor onto the plate at the top of the main
post (B) figure 14, put the two screws (c) back in.
Take the end of the hand-grip cable (z) and plug it
into the PULSE INPUT connector (v) at the back of
the monitor, Figure 18.

ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR. Set the
handlebar (LL) so that you can pedal in a
comfortable position and, without releasing the
handlebar, tighten up handle (S) securely, figure 19.

To increase pedal resistance turn the tensioning
control (W) clockwise (+) until the exertion level best
suits your exercise requirements. To reduce pedal
resistance turn the tensioning control (W)
anticlockwise (-).

into its final position, make sure that it sits flat on
the floor and that it is level. This can be achieved
by screwing the adjustable feet (d) up or down, as
shown in Figure 20.

The unit is equipped with wheels (f) to make it easier
to move. The wheels located at the front of your
unit make it easier to move it into a chosen position,
by lifting the rear of the unit up slightly and pushing
it, as shown in Figure 21. Store your unit in a dry
place, preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.

Insert the jack (g) on the transformer (c) into the
connection hole (h) on the main body (A) (bottom,
rear of the machine) and then plug the transformer
into a 220 V mains supply, Figure 22.
