GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully read through the instructions in this
manual.
Make sure that the machine operates correctly
before attempting to use it. Do not switch it on if
any faults are detected. Parents and/or those
responsible for children must always be aware of
their curious nature and how this can often lead to
hazardous situations and behaviour which could
cause accidents For this reason they must always
be supervised by a responsible person. This
appliance must never be used as a toy.
This appliance can only be used by one person at a
time.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Take the unit out of its box and make sure that
all of the pieces are there, figure (1): (A) Main body;
(B) handlebar stem; (C) Saddle post; (D) Saddle
height adjustment knob; (F) Stabiliser bar with
wheels; (G) Stabiliser bar with adjustable blocks;
(H) Saddle; (R) and (L) Pedals; (P) Monitor; (LL)
Handlebar; Bag of screws containing: (I) Star
washers; (K) Spacer bush; (N) Allen screws; (M) Bolts
M-8 x 70; (O) Flat washers; (Q) Cap nuts M-8; (S)
Handlebar clamping knob; (T) Handlebar clamp; (V)
Handlebar guard; (a) and (b) Spanners; (c)
Transformer (Mod. H-492).

Take the stabiliser bar (G) with adjustable blocks
(Y) and position it on the stand at the rear of the
machine, as shown in figure 2, and insert bolts (M),
fit the flat washers (O) and the nuts (Q), tighten
securely.
Take the stabiliser bar with wheels (F) and position
it so that the two red dots (X) line up, as shown in
figure 2A, insert bolts (M), fit the flat washers (O)
and the nuts (Q), tighten securely.

Mod. H-492. Take the screws (E) out of the
main body (A), bring the main post (B) up to the
boss on the main body, figure 3, and connect
terminals (p) and (p1). Put bolts (E), along with their
washers (O) back in, Fig.6, making sure that the
handlebar is straight and then tighten securely.
Mod. H490. Take the screws (E) out of the main
body (A), bring the main post (B) up to the boss on
the main body, figure 3, and connect terminals (p)
and (p1). Insert the tip of the cable sheath into the
cable tension control support (J1), as shown in figure
4, pull the sheath (J) up slightly and insert it into
the slot, see figure 4A, then fit the main mast onto
the boss on the main body, figure 5, taking care
not to pinch the cables and make sure that the
tensioning control (W) operates correctly. Put bolts
(E), along with their washers (O) back in, Fig.6,
making sure that the handlebar is straight and then
tighten securely.

ATTACHING THE PEDALS
The assembly instructions for the pedals must
be followed to the letter, fitting these
incorrectly could damage the screw thread on
the pedal or the crank.
Right and left refer to the position that the
user adopts when sitting on the saddle to do
the exercises.
The right-hand pedal, marked with the letter (R),
screws onto the right-hand crank, also marked with
an (R), in a clockwise direction. Tighten securely,
figure 7.
The left-hand pedal, marked with the letter (L),
screws onto the left-hand crank, also marked with
an (L), in an anti-clockwise direction.
Tighten securely, figure 7.
Once the pedals have been fitted, insert the end of
the pedal clip (1) into the slot on the pedal (2)
adjusting it to your footwear on the ledge of the
pedal (3).
