Problem
The programme does not
start.
The appliance does not
fill with water.
The appliance does not
drain the water.
After the checks are completed, activate
the appliance. The programme continues
from the point of interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the
Service.
If the display shows other alarm codes,
contact the Service.
If the washing and drying results are
not satisfactory
Whitish streaks or bluish layers on
glasses and dishes
• The released quantity of rinse aid is too
much. Adjust the rinse aid selector to a
lower position.
• The quantity of detergent is too much.
Stains and dry water drops on glasses
and dishes
• The released quantity of rinse aid is not
sufficient. Adjust the rinse aid selector to
a higher position.
• The quality of the detergent can be the
cause.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not connected
in the mains socket.
The appliance door is open.
The fuse in the fuse box is dam-
aged.
The delay start is set.
The water tap is closed.
The water pressure is too low.
The water tap is clogged or there
is limescale on it.
The filter in the water inlet hose is
clogged.
The water inlet hose has a kink or
a bend.
The anti-flood device is on. There
are water leakages in the appli-
ance.
The sink spigot is clogged.
The water drain hose has a kink or
a bend.
Warning! Deactivate the appliance
before you do the checks.
Possible solution
Connect the mains plug.
Close the appliance door.
Replace the fuse.
Cancel the delay start or wait for
the end of the countdown.
Open the water tap.
Contact your local water authority.
Clean the water tap.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that the position of the
hose is correct.
Close the water tap and contact
the Service.
Clean the sink spigot.
Make sure that the position of the
hose is correct.
Dishes are wet
• The programme is without a drying phase
or with a low temperature drying phase.
• The rinse aid dispenser is empty.
• The quality of the rinse aid can be the
cause.
• The quality of the combi detergent tablets
can be the cause. Try a different brand or
activate the rinse aid dispenser and use
rinse aid together with the combi deter-
gent tablets.
Refer to 'HINTS AND TIPS' for other
possible causes.
Activating the rinse aid dispenser with
the multitab option activated
1. Press the on/off button to activate the
appliance. Make sure that the appliance
is in setting mode. Refer to 'SETTING
AND STARTING A PROGRAMME'.
2. Press and hold buttons (8) and (9) at the
same time until the programme indica-
tors above buttons (8), (9) and (10) flash.
