UNPACKING SUMIKO SUBWOOFERS
All the Sumiko Subwoofers are packed in order to effectively preserves them and, at the
same time, to make their unpacking.
We suggest, however, following these general recommendations:
• Keep all packaging for any future transport;
• Do not wear watches, bracelets, rings etc. in order to avoid scratching the speakers
and their finishes when unpacking. The same care will be taken to protect the speakers
from any metal finishes on the clothes you are wearing, such as zips, buttons, belt clasps,
rivets, etc.
NOTE:
Inspect it for any shipping damage and call your dealer immediately if any is
found. Do not plug subwoofer into an AC outlet if you find shipping

1. PAIRING:
to be used during the installation procedure
of a Sumiko Wireless Transmitter. Keep the
pushbutton of the W. Transmitter pushed
– normally for about 10 seconds – until the
light indicator starts blinking faster. When this
happens push – within maximum 30 seconds
– this pairing pushbutton. The radio link will
be established when the light indicators on
the units stops blinking.
2. AUTO SWITCH:
when this switch is in the on position, the
subwoofer automatically switches on or
off depending on the presence of the input
signal(s).
3. LIGHT INDICATOR:
if fixed shows if the unit is powered and
properly matched to the Transmitter unit. The

light is blinking during the pairing procedure
or if the radio link is not achieved yet.
4. PHASE SWITCH:
sets the output signal polarity. This helps in
choosing the most appropriate low frequency
distribution across the listening room.
5. CROSSOVER KNOB:
adjusts the bandwidth of the subwoofer by
setting the low-pass cutoff frequency.
6. HI/LOW LEVEL:
adjusts the volume when the Line (RCA plug)
or Large signal (Speakon © connector) inputs
are used.
7. .1/LFE LEVEL:
adjusts the volume when the LFE (RCA plug)
input is used.
