Troubleshooting

The following errors can cause faults.
Fault / Fault indicator:
- Unit does not mix or
build up a vacuum
- T he POWER indicator on the
control panel does not light up
- Vacuum pump builds up
vacuum, but the mixer does
not switch on
- Red LED VACLOW indicator
lights up
- T here are bubbles in the
mixture after mixing
If faults cannot be remedied using this fault–finding chart, call your service technician or call
Dentaurum customer services directly.

Cause:
Not plugged in
Unit not switched on
Fuse blown
Mixing bowl is not properly
connected to the mixing
mechanism
Dirty seals
O-rings, seal surfaces, hoses
and connections dirty, faulty
or leakingt
Sinter filter (illus. 3, Pos. 2) in
the flange of the bowl is blocked
Fine filter inside the unit
is blocked
Blocked vacuum or
sensor hole
Remedy:
1. Insert plug
2. Switch the unit on at the ON/OFF switch
3. Change the fuse in the multiple unit
(illus. 3, Pos. 1).  Refer to section 6.4!
4. Connect the mixing bowl and mixing
mechanism more firmly at the flange of
the bowl
5. Check seals, clean and change if necessary
6. Check seals, clean and
change if necessary
7. Clean or change the
sinter filter
8.  If there is no improvement
after carrying out procedures
6 and 7, have the fine filter
changed by customer services
9. Push a wire through the
hole and clean
