opened and the amount of food stored. Do not place hot food
inside. Before a trip, it is advised to previously connect the fridge
to the 230V mains and/or cool the food to be taken.
Installation
The appliance must be installed horizontally for optimal
effectiveness. You may check this by using a spirit level.
Do not cover the vent at the back of the appliance. Ensure there
is plenty of ventilation around the appliance.
Control Panel
Located to the left and protected by a lid. It includes the
temperature control switch 230V (to the left) and the combined
power and gas temperature control switch (to the right).
Running on 220V electricity.
Do not use with another energy source.
It is mandatory to connect the appliance with the plug on a
socket-outlet equipped with earthing, connected in compliance
with current standards. Twist thermostat switch to the right and
to the maximum position. After about an hour, the cell inside the
appliance starts to cool and after 5-6 hours one may select the
desired thermostat switch position. The internal temperature
varies according to intensity of use and the surrounding
temperature.
The appliance stops when the plug is disconnected.
Running on 12V battery
Do not use with another energy source.
Connect the 12V plug to the socket at the back of the appliance
and to the car cigarette-lighter. Do not operate the appliance on a
car battery on a stationary car as there is a risk of discharging
the battery to the extent of making it impossible to start the car
up again.
There is no thermostat temperature control while the appliance is
charged by the battery.
Running on gas.
The appliance must be used in the open air or with sufficient
ventilation for combustion and for the burnt gas to evacuate. Do
not place the appliance besides flammable products or materials.
Never use the appliance inside a caravan or car.
