(A) End
Step 1:
A. Undo the six bolts attaching the Side (B) to the Ends (A) and remove the side.
B. If it is not already, adjust the Mattress Support (C) to its lowest position by loosening the
four bolts on the support arms, moving them to the low position holes, and tightening all
four bolts.
Undo 3 bolts on
each side
(C) Mattress Support
Should be set to lowest position
(B) Side
High Position
Middle Position
Low Position
Thread and tighten
all four bolts
