TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
What will we do to help you?
Š If the Product fails to conform to this warranty during the Warranty
Period, Shelly's Grills LLC will provide you with a reasonably similar
replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished.
Š If the Product is no longer available, replacement may be made with
a similar product of equal or greater value, at Shelly's Grills LLC's
sole discretion.
Š This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.
What the warranty does not cover:
Š Damage from commercial use.
Š Damage from misuse, abuse or neglect.
Š Damage or malfunctions resulting from a failure to comply
with the instructions for use.
Š Products that have been modified in any way.
Š Malfunctions caused by use with incompatible products or connection
to such products.
Š Products used or serviced outside of the country of purchase.
Š Products marked as "sample" or sold "as is".
Š Accidental damage (such as scratches or small dents) or damage caused
by Acts of God.
Š Shipping and handling costs associated with replacement of the Product.
