GRILLING TIPS

Š Thaw product prior to cooking.
Š Pork sausage is fully cooked when the internal temperature of the
sausage reaches 160°F.
Š The JOHNSONVILLE
sausage to a safe doneness temperature. Do not undercook sausage.
The grill does not need to be preheated.
Š Always use heatproof nylon, silicone or wood utensils to avoid
scratching the nonstick surface of the grill plates. Never use metal
skewers, tongs, forks or knives.
Š Avoid piercing sausage, since it releases the great taste and juicy flavor.
Š To avoid injury, prevent heat loss and promote even cooking, do not
open the grill cover during cooking.
Š The grill plates have positions to hold dinner and breakfast sausage
links and patties. When cooking one (1) sausage, please place in outside
positions.
