Fault search and alarm states
Note!
If switched on (DIP switch 5), an acoustic signal is issued in the event of an alarm and sensor
malfunction.
LED display
All LEDs are off.
LED "SUPPLY" flashing.

LED "SYSTEM OK" lights
up.

Cause
Warning device is not in
operation.
System is being put into
operation. Overflow sensor in
warm-up phase.

Excessive liquid level
Sensor fault or lead
breakage
Maximum layer thickness
reached.
Measure
Check whether the voltage supply is
connected.
Wait until overflow sensor has reached
service temperature.

Check the separator status.

Press the "ALARM RESET" button.
It is essential to check the separator
status. If necessary, takes measures to
stop the alarm situation. The alarm
situation can result if:
•
The coalescence filter is blocked or
•
the drain is defective or blocked.
Check sensor and sensor installation and
replace overflow sensor if necessary.
It is essential to check the separator
status. Empty (disposal) the oil/petrol
separator if necessary.
