7) WARRANTY

Provided that the conditions of use are respected, and excluding any warranty imposed under currently legislation,
the trampolines are guaranteed against any defect in materials or construction in mainland France. This warranty
applies according to the following table from the date of purchase, invoice or sales receipt acting as proof of
purchase. It is limited to repair and/or replacement of defective parts only.

Warranties excluded in case of commercial or public use of the trampoline

The weather conditions in some regions are harsh for all types of fabric. If you live in coastal regions (25 km
from the sea) or above an altitude of 1000 m, the jumping mat, spring, pad and net warranty period is limited to
6 months.
For any after-sales requests concerning your trampoline or its components, please contact the After-Sales
service (address below).
After examining your request, the After-Sales service will decide, at its sole discretion, whether or not the
trampoline is defective.
This warranty does not cover damage or loss due to :
• Damage resulting from weather conditions (wind, snow, frost, etc.) such as rust or fading.
• Unsuitable assembly or dismantling when erecting or storing the trampoline
• Incorrect use, negligence or unsuitable use of the trampoline or its components and failure to respect the
assembly instructions.
Any modifications, of any type whatsoever, to the original trampoline cancel this warranty.
